This role will handleall aspects of the end of term process and several post booking activities needed to maintain and grow partner relationships. In addition to transactional support and industry knowledge, this role requires a hands-on approach, with creative problem-solving skills and the drive to look for ways to improve processes.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nMonitor and coordinate the return process with customers, partners & ambassadors.\n\nManage and prioritize work within several queues (End of Term, buyout, Return Authorization, etc)\n\nReview and approve vendor bids for equipment sales in lieu of returns\n\nCoordinate Vendor returns\n\nManage reporting, reconciling, and processing of operational partner reports\nSubsidies\n\nFee Sharing\n\nRenewal Sharing\n\nProcess daily Trade up reports\n\nWork in a fast-paced Team environment to reduce dealer or customer wait time while providing the highest level of customer service\n\nBroad understanding of accounts receivable, payment application and account reconciliation\n\nProactively manage Paid Ahead, Disposition & Unapplied reports and coordinate with AR to have accounts updated as needed.\n\nMaintain customer records by updating account information after each correspondence with customer or dealer\n\nRespond all correspondence within departmental mandated turnaround time\n\nMultitask while working in several different software applications including but not limited to:\nInfoLease, Service Cloud, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and additional desktop applications.\n\nAdhere to compliance of Documented Policy & Procedure;
