Request and review necessary documentation such as W-9 forms and certificates of insurance.\nEnsure vendor records comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.\nUpdate changes in vendor details promptly in the accounts payable system. Coordinate with IT or relevant teams for system enhancements related to vendor management.\nGenerate reports related to vendor maintenance activities.
