appropriate integration of application enhancements and process improvements to meet client needs\nProvide in-depth analysis with critical thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions to problems\nDevelop comprehensive knowledge on the integration of systems, architecture, and infrastructure to accomplish business goals\nAppropriately assess risk when decisions are made, demonstrating particular attention to risk, compliance, and applicable company policies and procedures \nActs as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience\nWrite and maintain documentation for mainframe applications and processes\nBasic Qualifications for Consideration:\nCobol application development experience including systems analysis, design and programming on mainframe based financial software applications\nExperience with COBOL JCL TSO ISPF VSAM EZTRIEVE CICS IBM-MQ\nExperience with IBM or CA Suite of Development Products and Tools\nExperience providing support for Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations and Production Support using the above listed tools/programs\nExperience in managing and implementing successful projects from design to implementation\nExperience supporting B2B communications and protocols including FTP, SFTP, FTPS\nPreferred Qualifications For Consideration:\nCobol Programming experience including systems analysis, design and programming on mainframe based Retail Lending, Collections or Leasing software applications\nExperience with COBOL JCL TSO ISPF VSAM EZTRIEVE CICS MQ\nExperience with IBM or CA/Broadcom Suite of Development Products and Tools\nExperience providing support for Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations and Production Support using the above listed
