Your responsibility is to provide the best customer experience for users, both internal and external. You will play an important role in designing, implementing, deploying and supporting those platforms. You will work closely with various teams such as Client Services, Data Management, Development, and Infrastructure. Also work closely with vendors in supporting our platforms.\nWe need someone who can:\nSupport large enterprise customer with a very demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc.\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with all parties, both external and internal.\nTroubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, Linux Server, AD, MFA, and SQL Servers.\nPick up new eDiscovery technology to provide the best support for our customers.\nDrive and collaborate with other teams to get things done.\nBasic Qualifications for Consideration:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience\nRelativity server 5-7 years of overall support experience required. Minimum 2021 version.\nRelOne 3-5 years of support experience required.\neDiscovery industry experience.\nGood understanding of general technologies such as Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and Cloud (Azure).\nExcellent communication skills and writing skills.
