( i.e. eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery)\n\nTriaging and researching system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.\n\nReviewing benefit reports, including Business Requirements Document (BRD), and acting as needed.\n\nProcessing retirement benefit applications, verifying accuracy of information and researching/investigating past service, and related credits.\n\nPreparing and deliver training to team members\n\nWorking cooperatively with other team members (plan administrators) to complete tasks, projects, and to ensure unified delivery of services.\n\nFollowing and updating documentation materials as directed to maintain complete accurate work papers and audit trail.\n\nServing as contact with clients’ human resources personnel and vendor support as needed.\nRequirements:\n\nHave Expert knowledge and 5 plus years of experience in Pension and/or Defined Benefits. This role is only for pension benefits.\n\nHave intermediate/advanced knowledge of Pension calculations & Audit Support\n\nHave experience in reporting, SQL, and Data Analysis.\n\nHave advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.\n\nAble to Communicate in speaking with the client on pension.\n\nFlexible Working\nAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
