To be successful in this role, you will have:\nPrevious customer service and/or call center experience \nKeyboarding and MS Office proficiency\nExcellent communication skills\nExtensive experience with typing and keyboarding\nGreat problem-solving skills\nAbility to effectively multi-task\nHigh school diploma or GED \nExperience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred\nWilling to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday\nAbility to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program\nAbility to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification\nDue to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
