Calls may include questions related to healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks.\nYou will manage a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems, actively listening, and providing clear, accurate information. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver strong customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller.\nRequirements\nWe’re looking for team members who have a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the ability to provide effective solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have:\nPrevious customer service and/or call center experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong typing and keyboarding skills\nAbility to multitask and navigate multiple systems\nStrong problem-solving skills\nHigh school diploma, GED, or college degree\nExperience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred)\nAbility to successfully complete a paid training program\nMust pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping msequal to or less than 175)\n\nMust have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router\n\nKey Duties\nAnswer incoming calls and assist customers with benefit-related inquiries\nProvide clear explanations of healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options\nNavigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency\nMaintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions\nMeet performance, quality, and attendance standards\nFollow all company policies and procedures\nDue to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
