In this fully remote role, you will primarily handle inbound telephone calls, with occasional outbound calls, to answer questions, explain available options, complete transactions, and guide participants through applicable forms and processes.\nThis position offers the opportunity to develop valuable benefits administration experience while providing accurate, professional support in a structured environment with relatively low call volume.\nWhat you'll do:\nRespond to participant inquiries and explain applicable benefits and plan provisions.\nResearch questions, provide accurate information, and complete transactions with limited supervision.\nExplain forms and guide participants through the appropriate processes.\nComplete callbacks promptly and escalate issues when necessary.\nMaintain accurate documentation in the case management system.\nMeet established quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards while following client-specific procedures.\nProtect confidential participant information and comply with applicable company, client, privacy, and security requirements.\nWhat you'll need:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent listening skills and attention to detail.\nThe ability to explain information clearly and professionally.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nThe ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow established procedures.\nA professional, patient, and solution-focused approach when assisting participants.\nReliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to meet established performance expectations.\nPreferred experience:\nDefined benefit pension plan experience.\nBenefits administration or retirement services experience.\nCustomer service or call center experience.\n\nTraining and schedule:\nTraining: Comprehensive virtual training lasting approximately 7-8 weeks.\nSchedule: Full-time, with scheduled hours falling between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
