What You'll Do:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate information.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
• Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

• 85% English proficiency
• High School Diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Guatemalan citizen
• Ability to obtain Criminal and Police Background Checks
• Ability to open a monetary account with Banco Industrial
• Availability to work on-site at: 15 avenida 17-30 Z.13, Edif. Torre Mundial, Zona 13 Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala
• Basic computer skills

Training Requirements:

• Completion of a mandatory 9-week training program.
• Must maintain an average quiz score of 80%+ and complete all required Learning training.
