Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for Alabama Medicaid CPMS Customer Relations Operations.\n\nOversee Call Centers and Mailroom services.\n\nLead and support Call Center Managers.\n\nEnsure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.\n\nConduct audits and present quarterly agency reports.\n\nMonitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n8+ years managing Medicaid or major healthcare payer operations.\n\nStrong call center leadership experience.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.\n\nMust complete a background check that includes fingerprinting.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMedicaid program support experience.\n\nGovernment healthcare contract experience.\n\nExecutive stakeholder presentation experience.\n\nFlexible Working\nAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
