Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and design efficient ETL processes.\n\nDevelop, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows using industry-standard ETL tools and technologies.\n\nCreate and maintain comprehensive ETL documentation, including data mappings, transformation rules, and data lineage.\n\nMonitor ETL processes for performance and data quality, and proactively address issues or bottlenecks.\n\nTMSIS Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\n\nPerform data profiling and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\n\nDesign and implement data validation and data reconciliation processes to identify and correct data anomalies.\n\nStay up-to-date with ETL best practices and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements.\n\nMentor and provide guidance to junior ETL developers on best practices and ETL development techniques.\n\nWork with stakeholders to define and implement data security and access controls within the ETL process.\n\nTMSIS knowledge would be a plus\n\nRequirement\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nProven experience as an ETL Developer, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior role.\n\nStrong proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi\n\nIn-depth knowledge of SQL and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).\n\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.\n\nExperience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration best practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nKnowledge of data quality and data governance principles.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.\n\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, Informatica Certification) are advantageous.\n\nAbility to work with large volumes of data efficiently and optimize ETL processes for performance.\n\nFlexible Working\nAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
