The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, accounting operations, payment processing, customer account management, and data analysis, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess open and closed account refunds accurately and timely for customers.\n\nResearch customer account history, financial transactions, and payment activity to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.\n\nMaintain detailed account documentation and notate customer records as needed.\n\nGenerate and review daily production reports, operational reports, and end-of-day balancing reports.\n\nAssistwith daily and monthly account reconciliations, including issued and outstanding checks.\n\nInvestigate and respond to chargeback disputes, returned checks, and payment exceptions.\n\nAdjust customer account balances and ensure financial records remain accurate and compliant.\n\nIdentifydiscrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve accounting and payment-related issues.\n\nSupport continuous improvement efforts related to refund processing, reconciliation activities, and financial controls.\n\nMaintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial and customer information.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a financial services, accounting, banking, payment processing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related role.\n\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis functions.\n\nExperience researching account activity and resolving customer or financial inquiries.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a remotework-from-home environment.\n\nAbility to travel to the office as business needs require.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.\n\nExperience with account reconciliation, refund processing, chargebacks, payment operations, banking operations, or financial transaction processing.\n\nExperience working with financial systems, accounting platforms, or customer account management systems.\n\nWhy Join Us\nJoin a team where accuracy, problem-solving, and customer focus make a direct impact every day.
