You will work with several key stakeholders, including the Managing Director and the local management team, helping navigate organizational changes and supporting the business through an evolving environment.\nYour responsibilities:\nManaging day-to-day HR operations for our operations in Almere, Rotterdam and Tilburg;\n\nLeading and supporting the local HR team;\n\nActing as a trusted HR partner to local leadership and management;\n\nSupporting employee relations and organizational changes;\n\nEnsuring compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies;\n\nDriving consistency and continuous improvement in HR processes;\n\nParticipating in the local management team and contributing to business discussions;\n\nSupporting reporting, audits and HR administration activities.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are looking for an HR professional who combines operational strength with maturity, ownership and strong stakeholder management skills. Someone who is approachable, reliable and comfortable working in a changing environment.\nYou bring:\nExperience in a standalone or broad HR Manager role;\n\nStrong knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration;\n\nExperience working with external payroll providers;\n\nConfidence in partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams;\n\nA pragmatic and hands-on mindset;\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills;\n\nExperience in dynamic or changing business environments;\n\nFluency in Dutch and English is a must have.\n\nWhat we offer\nWorking for Conduent in Netherlands means having a collaborative working environment where your opinion matters.
