Please take this into consideration when applying.\nHours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - completion of daily tasks\nAbout the Inbound Mailroom Team Lead Role:\nConduent is looking for an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead that thrives working in a fast-paced production environment with a willingness to learn and ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 30 people.\nThe Inbound Mailroom Team Lead handles a large volume of claims each day that need to be sorted, scanned, and processed. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.\nJob Responsibilities:\nResponsible for day-to-day management of inbound mailroom\nResponsible for processing of specialized PO boxes\nOversee and manage team workloads and attendance/absences\nMaintain order in the workroom\nBe ready to work hands on to meet deadlines\nAssist with hiring new team members\nDriving company vehicle if needed\nResponsible for other tasks as assigned\nRequirements:\nProficient computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nTime management and multitasking skills\nMust be over 18 years of age\nMust have a High School Diploma or GED \nMust pass a criminal background check\nAbility to lift up to 40lbs \nMust have a valid driver's license\nPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
