administrative activities using Jenkins and scripting.\nDevelop and maintain Shell, Python, Jython/Wsadmin, or PowerShell scripts for middleware automation.\nPerform middleware patching, fix-pack installation, version upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening.\nMonitor JVM health, heap utilization, thread pools, JDBC connection pools, CPU, memory, application response times, and system performance.\nAnalyze logs, JVM dumps, heap dumps, thread dumps, SystemOut/SystemErr logs, and application logs.\nTroubleshoot production incidents involving application availability, JVM hangs, OutOfMemory conditions, high CPU, connection issues, SSL errors, and deployment failures.\nPerform performance tuning and capacity planning for middleware environments.\nConfigure high availability, clustering, failover, session persistence, and load balancing.\nMaintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, installation procedures, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.\nCoordinate with application development, infrastructure, database, security, networking, DevOps, and production support teams.\nParticipate in production releases, change management, incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis.\nProvide on-call and production support for critical enterprise middleware applications.\nBe willing to work after hours to support production maintenance windows.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server.\nExperience with IBM WebSphere Portal Server.\nExperience administering IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). \nStrong knowledge of IBM HTTP Server (IHS) Experience with IAM, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, authentication, and authorization.\nExperience building and balancers, firewalls, and networking concepts.\nExperience with middleware patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes including incident,
