Consider this when applying.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST - No Weekends!\nLocation: Lynnfield, MA\nPosition Summary\nAs a member of the team, the Print Operator is responsible for processing healthcare documents, printing checks and transaction statements, performing quality control (QC), and releasing printed output using OOM. This role works with scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nWhat You Get:\nPaid training. Supportive team environment with growth opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate multiple printers, including Canon Titan printers, IX inkjet printers, and Canon 8000 inkjet roll equipment.\nProcess healthcare documents, checks, and transaction statements accurately and efficiently.\nUse FLEX and OOM software to manage print jobs, perform quality checks, and release printed output.\nPerform preventive maintenance and routine quality checks to identify and report equipment malfunctions.\nMonitor printing equipment on an ongoing basis to ensure proper operation.\nReview printed materials to ensure established quality standards are met.\nTroubleshoot printing and production issues and communicate concerns promptly.\nDocument and communicate all issues to team leads and management.\nWork with scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to meet production deadlines and client SLAs.\nUnderstand support staff responsibilities to obtain the appropriate assistance when needed.\nFollow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nComplete all required documentation.\nMaintain attention to detail while managing multiple printing machines and production tasks.\nQualifications and Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nMust be able to pass a background check and drug screening.\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to operate and monitor multiple printers.\nBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.\nPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
