You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers will their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration and resolve inquiries and deliver positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvides first call resolution for state eligibility programs via telephone (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP)\nEnter client data into system.\nAssist clients with understanding their rights and responsibilities related to appeals.\nVerify eligibility and summarize case activity.\nWork daily from assigned queues and incoming documents.\nAssist the pharmacy in general pharmacy operations as a program support resource in a patient and healthcare provider facing role.\nRetrieve prescriptions coming from various sources for review and completeness of required information.\nHandles prescription prior authorization requests.\nProvide tier 1 and tier 2 support and work closely with the escalation team and agents on the floor to understand healthcare provider and patient concerns for problem orders and help clarify any concerns on a priority basis to help ship orders on time.\nResponds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.\nGather information from the caller to properly resolve the situation.\nCommunicates appropriate options for resolutions.\nInvestigates and resolves complaints.\nRefers non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representative.\nComplete all corrective actions requiring second-party review.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nHave a High School Diploma or an equivalent of education required.\nMust be able to submit to pre-employment screening and drug testing.\nHave legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.\nMust be Certified Pharmacy Technician.\nHave prior clerical/customer service work experience.\nHave Pharmacy Technician experience.\nComfortable working within established processes and procedures.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience handling escalated customer concerns and complex issues.\nPositive and energetic attitude.\nAbility to communicate clearly and confidently.\nAbility to multi-task and manage time effectively.\nAttestation to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy.\nComputer system experience with data entry and database documentation knowledge.\nWhat We Offer:\nPay Rate is $20.00 per hour (Bi-weekly pay), which may be your state’s minimum wage.
