initiatives across Finance and Procurement operations.\nAnalyze current processes and design future-state solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.\nDrive process standardization, automation, and harmonization across functions and geographies.\nPartner with business and technology teams to implement automation and workflow solutions.\nSupport digital transformation programs using SAP, Power Platform, AI-enabled tools, and analytics platforms.\nFacilitate workshops, process reviews, stakeholder discussions, and change management activities.\nDevelop business requirements, process maps, SOPs, UAT plans, and deployment documentation.\nMonitor project performance, benefits realization, governance, risks, and compliance requirements.\nDrive adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.\n8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, GBS, Procurement Operations, or Management Consulting.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, automation, or operating model initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of AP, AR, Intercompany, Master Data, and Procurement processes.\nExperience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.\nExperience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and project implementation.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.\nPreferred Skills\nLean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or Change Management certifications.\nExperience with SAP Signavio, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP MDG, SAP GRC.\nExposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).\nExperience with Databricks, KNIME, Copilot, or AI-enabled solutions.\nAutomotive, Manufacturing, or OEM industry experience preferred.\nKey Competencies\nBusiness Process
