This role combines deep F&A operational expertise with business process transformation, benchmarking, commercial modeling, and proposal development capabilities. The Solution Architect works closely with sales, operations, pricing, transition, technology, and client stakeholders to develop competitive, scalable, and outcome-based solutions that address client business challenges.\nThe individual will lead solution design activities during pursuit and proposal phases, develop staffing and delivery models, leverage industry benchmarks to establish operational assumptions, and create compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Deal Shaping\nDesign end-to-end Finance & Accounting service delivery solutions across: Source to Pay\nOrder to Cash\nRecord to Report \n\nAssess client requirements and translate them into scalable operating models.\nDevelop service delivery strategies leveraging onshore, nearshore, offshore, and hybrid delivery models.\nDesign organizational structures, staffing models, governance frameworks, and service management models.\nIdentify process improvement and automation opportunities utilizing workflow, AI, OCR, RPA, and analytics solutions.\nBenchmarking & Operational Analysis\nUtilize internal and external benchmark data to establish: Productivity assumptions\nStaffing estimates\nCost models\nPerformance targets\nService level commitments\n\nAnalyze transaction volumes, handling times, complexity factors, and operating metrics.\nDevelop capacity models and forecasts to support deal pricing and business cases.\nRecommend best practices based on industry-leading F&A operations.\nRFP & Proposal Development\nLead the F&A solution response for RFPs, RFIs, and client pursuits.\nDevelop solution narratives, executive summaries, staffing approaches, transition methodologies, and service delivery models.\nCollaborate with pricing teams to create cost models and commercial recommendations.\nSupport proposal reviews and ensure alignment between solution, pricing, and operational assumptions.\nParticipate in client presentations, solution workshops, and due diligence sessions.\nClient Engagement\nFacilitate discovery workshops to understand client objectives, pain points, and requirements.\nPresent solution recommendations to executive stakeholders.\nRespond to client questions regarding operating models, transformation opportunities, staffing, governance, and delivery capabilities.\nServe as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.\nTransition & Transformation Planning\nDevelop transition and implementation approaches for new engagements.\nAssess transition risks and mitigation strategies.\nDefine governance, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks.\nSupport the handoff from sales to implementation teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\n8+ years of Finance & Accounting operations, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, or business process services experience.\n3+ years designing solutions for F&A outsourcing, managed services, or shared services organizations.\nExperience supporting large-scale RFP responses and competitive pursuits.\nStrong understanding of F&A process areas and operating models.\nExperience building staffing, productivity, and financial models using benchmark data.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nStrong business writing and executive presentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in BPO, shared services, consulting, or finance transformation environments.\nKnowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle\nExperience with automation technologies including RPA, OCR, AI, and workflow platforms.\nFamiliarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nCritical Competencies\nFunctional
