This role partners across business, client services, operations, and technology to lead system changes, resolve complex issues, and translate Defined Benefits requirements into effective technology solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the SME for Defined Benefits administration and LWConnectfunctionality.\n\nPartner with Client and CSM on systemic changes, enhancements, requirements, and issue resolution.\n\nCoordinate work with OTS and other technology teams to ensure successful delivery of system changes.\n\nTranslate Defined Benefits plan provisions and business requirements into functional and technical requirements.\n\nSupport pension administration processes including benefit calculations, eligibility, participant data, and plan rules.\n\nLead requirements gathering, impact analysis, system enhancements, testing, and UAT.\n\nAnalyze complex systemand data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.\n\nGuideBusiness Analysts and SMEs through project activities and deliverables.\n\nDevelop process flows, requirements, user documentation, and training materials.\n\nAct as a liaison between business, operations, client, and technology teams.\n\nCommunicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong experience with Defined Benefits pension administration.\n\nExperience supporting pension/benefits administration systems.\n\nStrong Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst experience.\n\nKnowledge of Defined Benefits plan provisions, benefit calculations, eligibility, and participant data.\n\nExperience with requirements gathering, system changes, testing, and UAT.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.\n\nExperience working across business and technical teams.\n\nAbility to work independently and lead complex assignments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nLWConnectexperience stronglypreferred.\n\nPrevious experience serving as a Technical Lead or Defined Benefits SME.\n\nExperience coordinating technology workwith OTS or similar technical delivery teams.\n\nExperience with Tableau or other data visualization/reporting tools.\n\nCollege or university degree or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
