The role requires expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), WebSphere Portal/HCL DX, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM HTTP Server (IHS), IBM IAM/Tivoli, Jenkins, and Linux environments.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and support IBM WAS, Portal, BAW, IHS, and IAM platforms.\nPerform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, security hardening, and performance tuning.\nManage application deployments, middleware releases, clustering, high availability, and production support.\nConfigure SSL/TLS, LDAP/Active Directory integration, SSO, and access controls.\nDevelop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts (Jython, Shell, Python, PowerShell).\nTroubleshoot middleware, application, security, and performance issues across enterprise environments.\nMonitor system health, analyze logs, and support incident, problem, and change management processes.\nRequirements\n8+ years of IBM WebSphere Application Server administration.\nExperience with IBM WebSphere Portal/HCL DX, IBM BAW, IBM IHS, and IBM IAM/Tivoli.\nStrong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, SSL/TLS, and certificate management.\nExperience with Jenkins, Linux/Unix administration, wsadmin/Jython scripting, and middleware automation.\nStrong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience in highly available enterprise environments.\nPreferred Skills\nWebSphere Liberty, Git, Ansible, Splunk, Dynatrace/AppDynamics.\nCloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).\nDevOps and CI/CD implementation experience.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nFlexible Working\nAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
