Denk hierbij aan projecten zoals speech analytics, gamification en het ontwikkelen van learning & development tools, waarmee we processen slimmer, leuker en efficiënter maken.\nWat ga je doen?\nAls Sr Business Data Analyst speel je een sleutelrol in het analyseren van complexe datasets en het ondersteunen van diverse afdelingen binnen onze internationale organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Business Intelligence Developer en begeleidt minder ervaren collega's.\nJe houdt je bezig met:\nVisualiseren van complexe datasets en het vertalen van inzichten naar heldere, bruikbare adviezen;\nOntwikkelen en onderhouden van dashboards die data tot leven brengen - hierbij begrijp je wat belangrijk is voor de eindgebruiker;\nActief meedenken over de verbetering en uitbreiding van onze BI-omgeving;\nProactief bijdragen aan verbetervoorstellen en deze uitwerken;\nVerdiepen in data modeling en bijdragen aan functionele back-end ontwerpen;\nOndersteunen van minder ervaren collega's in hun werkzaamheden en ontwikkeling;\nWat breng je mee?\nEen afgeronde bachelor in Data Science, Toegepaste Wiskunde, Business Analytics of een vergelijkbare studie;\n2-5 jaar werkervaring als Business of Data Analist;\nSterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;\nNieuwsgierigheid en een onderzoekende houding;\nErvaring met SQL, databases en BI-tools;\nErvaring met Qlik Sense (pré) of vergelijkbare visualisatietools;\nUitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.\nWat wij bieden!\nEen collegiaal en hecht team waar successen samen gevierd worden;\nVeel ruimte voor jouw eigen ideeën en initiatieven;\nToplocatie in het centrum van Rotterdam, Almere of Tilburg, goed bereikbaar met OV;\nFlexibiliteit: 32-40 uur per week werken, 1 thuiswerkdag per week;\n25 vakantiedagen + 2 extra verlofdagen (wachtdagenregeling)\n8% vakantiegeld\nPensioenregeling\nFietsplan\nWGA-hiaatverzekering\nCollectiviteitskorting op aanvullende zorgverzekering\nEmployee referral bonus program\nKlaar om impact te maken met data?
