You will monitor trainee performance and attendance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver instructor-led training for groups of 2-9 new hires on systems, products, policies, and operational procedures.\n\nMonitor trainee attendance, performance, and assessment results to ensure training objectives are met.\n\nProvide coaching, feedback, and development support to improve learner success and readiness for production.\n\nSupport employees during nesting and transition into live operations.\n\nMaintain training records, performance reports, and attendance documentation using Excel and other tools.\n\nDevelop and update training materials, job aids, and classroom content to support learning objectives.\n\nAnalyze training results and participant feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nCollaborate with Operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and business goals.\n\nSupport floor operations, escalations, and knowledge reinforcement as needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards throughout the training process.\n\nWhen necessary, facilitation of online courses is required.\n\nQualifications\nMust be at least 18 years old.\nMinimum 2 years of trainer or classroom instruction experience.\nAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required\nProficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.\nAbility to lead large groups and manage classroom performance.\nMust successfully pass a background check.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive hourly pay\nBenefits from day one (medical, dental, vision) for eligible role\nPaid time off and holidays\nPaid training\nCareer growth and advancement opportunities\nSupportive and inclusive work environment\nApply now and make an impact from day one\nPay Transparency:\nPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
