You will monitor trainee performance and attendance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation. Key Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 2-9 new hires on systems, products, policies, and operational procedures. Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and assessment results to ensure training objectives are met. Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to improve learner success and readiness for production. Support employees during nesting and transition into live operations. Maintain training records, performance reports, and attendance documentation using Excel and other tools. Develop and update training materials, job aids, and classroom content to support learning objectives. Analyze training results and participant feedback
