Conduit is an AI agent platform purpose-built for hospitality. Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day.

Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.

Role: Agent Product Manager

You are the central coordinator between customers, sales, and engineering. Sales sells a customer a solution. You make it real: take the requirements, build repeatable AI agents that run the customer’s workflows, and bring feature requests, bug fixes, and product discovery back to engineering.

Roughly 70-30 accounts to product. Accounts are the primary responsibility.

Why this role is different

• You do not need to be an engineer to build here. Scope the problem, describe intent to an AI coding agent like Claude or Codex, and take an implementation 90% of the way. An engineer closes the last 10% and merges it to production safely.
• The hard part is holding a lot of context and pattern matching against it. Many customers will ask for many different things. Your job is to distill that into the few things engineering should build, and to solve the rest yourself with an AI workflow.
• You are expected to think in process. Face time with customers is the highest-value thing you do, so everything else that can be automated should be, and you should get more effective at this over time.

What the work looks like

• Most of the first half of the week is customer calls: onboarding net-new accounts, refining ones already in flight, and running quarterly business reviews and optimization calls that double as retention and upsell conversations.
• Building agents. That is most of the rest of the week.
• When an agent or automation hits a wall, working with engineering to unblock it or to scope the capability that would make it possible.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience. No industry background needed.
• Systems-oriented. You have built automations before.
• You want face time with customers.
• You are not satisfied with “it just works that way.” You look for the improvement.
• Bonus if you have worked with non-technical businesses.
