Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day.\nHospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.\nRole: Founding Recruiter\nYou are our first recruiting hire. We hire two kinds of people, and you will hire both: engineers who build AI agents, and the sales and marketing team that sells them. You own sourcing and first-round screens, then hand the candidates off to the team for the rest of the process. Once we decide to hire someone, you run the offer and help close them.\nYou report to Cole, our CEO and co-founder.\nWhy this role is different\nBoth lanes, one seat. In one week you might screen an agent engineer on retrieval and evals, then qualify an AE on how they actually hit quota.\n\nAI-native recruiting. We already run sales outbound on our own stack (Deepline, Amplemarket, HeyReach) and use the same machine for hiring. You take it over and make it better.\n\nYou build the function. You are the first recruiter. As the team grows, this seat grows into Head of Talent.\n\nWhat the work looks like\nSourcing for every open seat: building lists, writing outreach, running sequences, working referrals.\n\nFirst-round screens across engineering and GTM, with written debriefs the founders can act on.\n\nRunning loops in ATS: scheduling, interviewer prep, feedback, keeping candidates warm.\n\nOffers end to end: comp conversations, references, competing offers, close.\n\nKeeping the hiring plan honest: what's open, what's stuck, and why, every week with the founders.\n\nWho you are\n2+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting, with at least 15 hires you closed yourself.\n\nYou have hired both engineers and GTM roles, and can show it.\n\nYou have worked at a VC-backed startup through a growth stretch, ideally one that went from about 10 to 50 people.\n\nYou can run a credible first-round technical screen. You don't need to code, but you know what a strong answer sounds like.\n\nYou source with AI tools and pick up new ones quickly.\n\nYou like closing.\n\nThis role is in person at our San Francisco office, 5 days a week.
