The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Azure integration, Power Platform, custom development, AI Copilots/agents, and CI/CD practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and technical designs.\n\n- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE using appropriate platform capabilities and custom development.\n\n- Develop custom solutions using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and FetchXML.\n\n- Design and implement integrations using Azure Integration Services and APIs.\n\n- Build business process automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.\n\n- Design and implement AI Copilots and AI agents within the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft ecosystem.\n\n- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.\n\n- Manage release planning, deployments, version control, and production releases.\n\n- Conduct technical design and code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex CRM, integration, and application issues and drive root-cause resolution.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, architects, and other technology teams.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow appropriate standards for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and governance.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8 to 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development and implementation.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE architecture and customization.\n\n- Strong experience with Azure Integration Services.\n\n- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and FetchXML.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.\n\n- Experience designing and implementing AI Copilots and AI agents.\n\n- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD
