/ repairs and system improvements (optimization) to ensure quality and efficiency\nEstablish and follow-up project implementation, including timing, concept, feasibility design, specifications, construction and commissioning, as required\nProvides support in testing, repairing, and calibrating electric or electronic components\nMaintains and upgrades PLC software\nAnalyze records, charts and all documentation required for maintenance records, projects and departments\nPrepares drawing material specifications to requisitions required by vendors or other departments\nDevelops controls drawings and design concepts\nDeals with various venders; both supplier and equipment suppliers\nResponds to all maintenance requirements within the department\nParticipate in ongoing cross-training, multi-skilling activities within the organization\nDemonstrates a sense of urgency in achieving results\nEnsures that all operator safety devices function properly on completion of repairs, modifications and installations\nKnows and understands process documentation and customer specific requirements, as they relate to this job function\nFollows and complies with all Operational
