This combination of curated content, data-driven personalization, and an automated cloud media supply chain enables airlines to deliver fresh, personalized content to passengers faster and more efficiently through a seamless, end-to-end solution.\nAbout the role:\nThe Commercial Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of our commercial strategy across Touch (Content Service Provider) and ABOVE (Processing Lab).\nThis role is designed to assume day-to-day account management responsibilities, ensure consistent commercial follow-through, and drive structured revenue growth across assigned accounts.\nBy reinforcing the client-facing commercial function, this position will enable the Commercial & Growth Director to focus on strategic expansion, revenue acceleration, partnerships, and cross-company integration.\nAbout the responsibilities:\nAccount Ownership & Client Success\nAct as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients.\n\nManage day-to-day commercial communications and follow-ups.\n\nMonitor contractual scope, renewals, and performance milestones.\n\nEnsure strong client satisfaction and proactive engagement.\n\nRevenue Growth & Optimization\nDevelop and execute structured account growth plans.\n\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Media and Digital services.\n\nSupport pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.\n\nTrack revenue performance against targets.\n\nCommercial Operations & Forecasting\nSupport pipeline tracking and forecasting.\n\nCollaborate with Finance on revenue projections and budget alignment.\n\nContribute to proposal preparation, pricing grids, and commercial documentation.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as commercial liaison between Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations.\n\nEnsure alignment between client expectations and internal execution.\n\nDrive internal accountability and commercial visibility across departments.\n\nAbout you:\n3-4 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, or B2B client-facing roles.\n\nStrong negotiation and communication skills.\n\nAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret pricing and revenue data.\n\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders.\n\nProactive, structured, and commercially driven.\n\nExperience in aviation, media, digital services, or content distribution is a plus.\n\nCreativity and sales driven objectives, such as cross selling and upseeling.\n\nFluent in English.\n\nAbout the benefits:\nFlexible working hours.\n\nHealth Insurance.\n\nBirthday Leave.\n\nInternational team.\n\nConetic Group is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, where all individuals are treated with respect, dignity, and fairness.
