System & Security Maintenance\nInstall, configure, and maintain Windows OS, antivirus, and authorized software.\n\nRegularly update systems and ensure security patches are applied.\n\nMaintain data backup and recovery systems.\n\n4. Documentation & Inventory\nMaintain IT asset inventory (computers, printers, network devices, licenses).\n\nLog all incidents and resolutions in ticketing system.\n\nPrepare daily/weekly IT support reports.\n\n5. Coordination & Continuous Improvement\nCoordinate with vendors for hardware/software servicing and warranty claims.\n\nSupport IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new installations.\n\nIdentify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering\nDiploma in Computer\n\nExperience2 to 5 years\n\nAdditional RequirementsStrong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise software.\n\nBasic networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, switches, routers).\n\nFamiliarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Remote Desktop tools.\n\nProblem-solving attitude with good communication skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.\n\nCompensation &
