You’ll design dashboards, develop core metrics, and surface insights that drive decision-making across the platform.\nThis is a foundational role where you’ll help shape Confido’s data culture and establish how analytics are delivered internally and to customers.\nLocation: New York, NY (Relocation supported)\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with product, engineering, and customers to understand analytics needs\n\nDesign and build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for internal and external users\n\nWrite complex SQL queries to analyze large-scale financial and operational datasets\n\nDefine and maintain key business metrics and KPIs\n\nIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within retailer and financial data\n\nDrive analytical projects from exploration through delivery\n\nCollaborate with engineers to improve data models and underlying datasets\n\nExample Problems\nBuilding custom dashboards for brands to understand retailer performance\n\nAnalyzing deduction and dispute data to identify operational inefficiencies\n\nDesigning analytics that help brands forecast sales and demand\n\nCombining and transforming data into clean, analysis-ready datasets that power actionable insights\n\nTurning complex financial data into intuitive visual insights\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n2+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles\n\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets\n\nStrong experience building dashboards and analytical reports\n\nAbility to translate data into clear insights and recommendations\n\nStrong communication skills working with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Mode, etc.)\n\nExperience working with financial, retail, or operational datasets\n\nComfort working directly with users\n\nInterest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles\n\nTechnical or quantitative degree\n\nPerks + Benefits\nEquity -
