You’ll build the models and analyses that leadership, the board, and investors rely on, and use AI and automation to take manual work out of close, planning, and reporting.\nYou’re accountable for faster, better decisions, not for the number of dashboards you build.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with our SVP of Finance as the lead analyst for the finance team, turning open-ended questions into clear, data-backed recommendations\n\nDesign and build the finance data layer in Snowflake and BI tooling, including clean, well-documented data models and pipelines that bring together the ERP, CRM, billing, payroll and operational data into one trusted source of truth\n\nDefine and maintain core metrics in the semantic layer so reporting holds up for people and AI agents\n\nUse AI and automation to remove manual finance and revops work, including reconciliations, anomaly detection, and self-serve reporting\n\nUse advanced SQL to explore large, complex datasets and find what’s driving the outcomes\n\nGo beyond surface-level numbers to explain the “why” behind performance trends, quantify opportunities and deliver clear recommendation\n\nTurn analysis into clear narratives for the executive team, the board, and investors\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust Have:\n2 to 4 years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or analytics engineer, ideally partnering with Finance or FP&A\n\nAdvanced SQL skills, especially debugging complex logic\n\nHands-on experience building models in dbt or a similar transformation framework\n\nTrack record of turning data into recommendations stakeholders act on\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, including turning complex analysis into clear takeaways for senior leadership\n\nYou already use AI to work faster, whether automating repetitive tasks or drafting first-pass analyses\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with BI tools (Sigma, Omni, Looker, Hex, Tableau, etc.)\n\nExperience with SaaS finance and CRM data\n\nInterest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles\n\nPerks + Benefits\nEquity -
