This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Confido’s entire executive team.\nWhat You Will Own\nPartner directly with founders and the executive team on strategic finance priorities: fundraising materials, board reporting, and investor communications\n\nBuild and own financial models that inform major business decisions, including pricing strategy, market sizing, and unit economics\n\nLead ad hoc strategic analysis on competitive positioning, new market opportunities, and growth initiatives\n\nPartner with the Revenue team on pipeline and revenue forecasting, and drive unit economics and market ROI analysis to shape go-to-market strategy\n\nOwn the development of external-facing materials for investors, board members, and strategic partners\n\nCollaborate with data and engineering to build the infrastructure behind Confido's financial and business insights\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nExperience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance / experience at a relevant high-growth or venture-backed startup.\n\nAbility to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization .\n\nExceptional excel/financial modeling skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.\n\nAnalytical aptitude with keen attention to detail and insatiable curiosity to learn.\n\nStrong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.\n\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.\n\nOwnership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.\n\nWho You Are\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments and care deeply about the quality of your work.\n\nYou’re an owner -
