This includes everything from large-scale data pipelines and financial analytics systems to AI-powered workflows used by leading CPG brands.\nYou’ll work closely with engineering, product, and customers to turn complex operational workflows into reliable, scalable software.\nLocation: New York, NY (Relocation supported)\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and scale the core platform that powers financial workflows for CPG brands\n\nDevelop systems for ingesting and processing financial and operational data from multiple sources\n\nBuild backend services and APIs that power analytics, forecasting, and automation features\n\nImplement AI-powered workflows for document processing and financial data extraction\n\nDesign intuitive product experiences that turn complex financial data into actionable insights\n\nWork directly with product and occasionally customers to understand workflows and ship solutions quickly\n\nExample Problems\nAI-powered ingestion of invoices, deductions, and retailer reports\n\nScaling data pipelines that ingest financial data from multiple retailer systems\n\nBuilding analytics infrastructure for forecasting and demand planning\n\nDesigning internal tools and product features that simplify complex financial workflows\n\nImproving performance and reliability across core platform services\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n6+ years of software engineering experience\n\nStrong backend engineering skills and systems design experience\n\nComfort building production systems that handle large datasets or complex workflows\n\nStrong product instincts and ability to work across engineering and product\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working with AI/ML-powered systems\n\nExperience with data pipelines or analytics infrastructure\n\nExperience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders\n\nInterest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles\n\nCS degree or equivalent experience\n\nMore about Engineering @ Confido\nPerks + Benefits\nEquity -
