We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum.\nIf you want your work on shelves everywhere - and outsized ownership while you build - we'd love to meet you.\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for multiple levels of Solution Consultants to lead customer implementations from kick-off to go-live as a trusted delivery expert who combines functional and technical expertise to help customers realize the full value of Confido.\nYou'll work as part of a delivery team alongside Solution Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, translating complex business challenges into AI deployments that go live and generate real value. Engagements are focused and time-bound - typically 16 weeks or less - and spans multiple customers simultaneously. Your impact isn't just getting to deployment, it ensures customers realize lasting, scalable value from the solutions your team builds.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver Implementations\nOwn the full implementation lifecycle - from kickoff through go-live - for new enterprise customers\n\nManage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple concurrent deployments\n\nConfigure and customize the Confido platform to match each customer's workflows, data structures, and operational requirements\n\nDrive customer-side stakeholder alignment, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right moments\n\nCustomer Enablement\nDeliver training programs, documentation, and onboarding materials that get users up to speed fast\n\nRun live onboarding sessions and workshops tailored to different user personas - from day-to-day operators to executives\n\nTrack and optimize time-to-value across your book of implementations, identifying what drives faster, stickier adoption\n\nProcess & Infrastructure\nApply and refine the implementation playbook - templates, checklists, escalation paths, and success criteria\n\nMaintain implementation KPIs and reporting to give the business visibility into onboarding health and velocity\n\nIdentify patterns across deployments and feed them back into product to improve configurability and reduce implementation complexity over time\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales on pre-sales scoping calls to set realistic timelines and surface implementation requirements early\n\nHand off customers to CS with full context - ensuring a smooth transition and strong starting point for long-term success\n\nServe as a key feedback loop into Product, translating implementation friction into actionable roadmap input\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, system deployments, or complex client onboarding - backgrounds in B2B SaaS, management consulting, CPG, systems integration, or similar are all welcome\n\nProven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines\n\nStrong project management skills - you're comfortable owning a plan, running a status call, and escalating when something's off track\n\nTechnical curiosity and comfort: you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to dig into data, configure software, and troubleshoot without hand-holding\n\nExperience working with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers is a plus -
