You’ll lead the development of major product and infrastructure initiatives-from AI-powered document ingestion to large-scale financial analytics systems.\nThis role combines deep technical ownership with product impact, working closely with engineering, product, and customers to turn complex operational workflows into scalable software.\nLocation: New York, NY (Relocation supported)\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design and development of major platform and product systems\n\nArchitect scalable infrastructure for financial data processing and analytics\n\nBuild systems that ingest and process financial data across multiple sources\n\nDevelop AI-powered workflows for document ingestion and financial automation\n\nPartner with product and leadership to shape technical strategy and roadmap\n\nMentor engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team\n\nExample Problems\nAI-powered ingestion of invoices, deductions, and retailer reports\n\nScaling data pipelines that ingest financial data from retailer systems\n\nBuilding analytics infrastructure for forecasting and demand planning\n\nDesigning product experiences that simplify complex financial workflows\n\nImproving performance, reliability, and scalability of core platform systems\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n8+ years of software engineering experience; 2+ in a staff-level role\n\nStrong systems design and architecture experience\n\nProven ability to build and scale complex production systems\n\nStrong product instincts and ability to translate real-world workflows into software\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working with AI/ML-powered systems\n\nExperience with large-scale data pipelines or analytics infrastructure\n\nExperience working directly with customers or cross-functional teams\n\nInterest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles\n\nCS degree or equivalent experience\n\nPerks + Benefits\nEquity -
