Based preferably in Pittsburgh or Boston, you’ll work primarily Eastern Time while partnering with colleagues and clients across North America and APAC.\nThis is a role for someone who combines deep investment performance expertise with genuine people leadership. You’ll guide the team through complex performance questions, help translate client requirements into effective solutions, and bring together Client Consulting, Account Management and Product to deliver consistently for clients.\nYou’ll have meaningful scope to shape the regional Client Consulting function, develop team capability and act as a senior performance escalation point while contributing to client retention, growth and new North American onboarding activity.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach and develop a distributed five-person Client Consulting team across North America and APAC. \nProvide senior guidance and hands-on support on complex investment performance questions.\nLead the investigation and resolution of issues spanning performance calculations, data, Product and technical teams.\nTranslate client requirements into appropriate performance and analytical solutions. \nBuild strong working relationships with clients, Account Management, Product and performance teams. \nEstablish clear ownership and accountability across the region while supporting retention, growth and onboarding activity.\nWhy Join Us\nTake on a visible regional leadership position with scope to shape Revolution Client Consulting across North America and APAC. \nCombine people leadership with meaningful client impact and technically challenging investment-performance work. \nBecome a senior performance escalation point for major clients and internal stakeholders. \nBuild close relationships and influence across Account Management and Product.\nHelp develop a distributed team while supporting retention, growth and new North American client activity.\nWhat skills and experience do I need to succeed?\nEssential Requirements\nDeep expertise in investment performance analytics. \nStrong understanding of performance calculations, data flows and analytical solutions.\nAbility to translate client requirements into solution design. \nExperience investigating complex performance and data issues. \nProven people leadership, including coaching, empowerment, performance management and accountability. \nStrong client and stakeholder relationship skills. \nAbility to collaborate effectively with Account Management, Product and technical specialists. \nEvidence of ownership, resilience and results delivery in a busy client-facing environment. \nDesirable Requirements\nRevolution, StatPro or comparable investment analytics platform experience. \nCFA or CIPM qualification. \nExperience leading teams across North America and APAC.\nFintech vendor or global asset-servicing experience.\nWhat do we offer?\nConfluence offers generous benefit packages for team members.
