The role focuses on building and automating Azure infrastructure, supporting cloud migrations, and developing deployment processes, with broader infrastructure support as needed.\n\nResponsibilities\nBuild and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles, supporting Confluence’s evolving Azure environment\nSupport cloud migration projects as products move onto the Cloudnxt Azure platform\nDevelop automation that replaces manual infrastructure processes with repeatable, version controlled solutions across Microsoft and Linux environments\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Jenkins or equivalent technologies\nUse generative AI tools responsibly to accelerate coding, automation, troubleshooting and technical documentation, while critically reviewing and validating outputs\nCreate clear technical documentation, procedures and runbooks while contributing to the wider team’s operational responsibilities when required\n\nSkills\nPractical experience delivering Infrastructure as Code using **Terraform**\nExperience working with a major cloud platform\nSoftware engineering capability demonstrated through development, advanced scripting or automation projects\nProgramming or scripting capability using a relevant language such as Python, PowerShell, Bash or Java.
