You will identify companies whose products could potentially be manufactured by Conforma, assess whether they have internal manufacturing capabilities, and identify the right people to approach.\nYou will help us turn market intelligence into concrete commercial opportunities.\nYour responsibilities\nIdentify and map potential customers across Europe and, subsequently, international markets\n\nResearch companies, product portfolios and manufacturing capabilities to identify potential outsourcing and contract manufacturing opportunities\n\nBuild and maintain a structured, high-quality prospect database and prioritise opportunities based on commercial potential\n\nIdentify relevant decision-makers and map professional contact details\n\nUse online research, professional networks, databases and direct telephone contact to obtain or verify information and establish the right point of contact\n\nSupport targeted outbound campaigns and follow up qualified leads together with the Business Development team\n\nSupport the organisation and commercial follow-up of relevant international trade fairs and industry events\n\nHelp keep Conforma's LinkedIn company page professional, current and engaging by contributing to relevant posts and content\n\nRequirements\nWe are looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded, proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone. You enjoy investigating companies, finding information that is not immediately available and turning that information into actionable opportunities.\nYou have:\nA higher education degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, international business or a related field\n\nExcellent written and spoken Dutch & English is essential\n\nStrong research, analytical and organisational skills\n\nExcellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with people you have never contacted before\n\nA commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development\n\nPersistence and the ability to professionally obtain information\n\nGood digital and online research skills\n\nThe ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Business Development team\n\nWhat makes this role different?\nThis is not a traditional telesales position. You will not simply work through a predefined list of leads.
