The systems you architect, the models you deploy, and the frameworks you build directly impact how customers configure deals, manage contracts, and drive revenue. \nYour leadership will shape how Conga builds AI at scale - from generative AI features to production-grade model deployment - making this role central to our long-term innovation strategy. \nAre you the person we're looking for? \nYou’re a seasoned technical leader. \nYou bring deep expertise (minimum 10 years of experience) in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and modern design patterns. You’ve built large-scale, production-grade systems and understand distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. \nYou drive architectural decisions. \nYou define and influence technical direction across teams. You lead design discussions, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term product strategy. \nYou’re an expert in AI/ML and GenAI. \nYou have significant experience building AI/ML or GenAI applications. You understand model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. You’re familiar with frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph and have hands-on experience with modern ML techniques, generative models, or LLMs. \nYou elevate teams through mentorship. \nYou coach senior and junior engineers, raise the bar for code quality, and foster a culture of technical excellence. You provide thoughtful feedback, share knowledge, and help others grow. \nYou take full ownership in a DevOps model. \nYou lead projects end-to-end - from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring. You ensure services are reliable, observable, and resilient. You respond to incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. \nYou collaborate and influence across the organization. \nYou partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leadership to deliver cohesive solutions.
