growing revenue in the relevant region or market\nExperience in inside sales and operational order management, including order entry, order tracking, delivery monitoring, customer communication, and issue resolution\nGood knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (order processing, delivery schedules, inventory checks, and customer order management)\nProficiency in using CRM and basic business programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and manage customer requirements throughout the entire order fulfillment process\nGerman fluent and very good English language skills\nVery good verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills\nOutstanding interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational
