face-to-face sales meetings, demonstrations, preparation of prototypes and other technical related support items.\nProvide technical support to customers throughout the entire product design-in and lifecycle process for congatec software products and ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and reliable technical support\nAnalyze customer problems, develop solutions in collaboration with R&D hard/software and manage communication between customers and 3rd level software support\nWork closely with internal departments to develop and implement customer-specific solutions\nConduct customer visits (workshops, enablement, support) when required for customer relations and sales support\nPrepare and conduct product workshops and trainings for customers, partners and employees\nProvide technical support at trade shows and customer-related events \nJob Qualifications:\nBS degree (engineering, computer science, physics, or math) or MS degree (engineering, computer science, physics, or math)\n5+ years’ experience of field support in embedded computing or similar industry.\nKnowledge and proficiency in computer I/O architectures and implementations as well as knowledge of computer hardware design practices, schematic entry tools, Gerber viewer, signal integrity and debugging practices.\nKnowledge of industry standards and practices (e.g., UL, EN IPC, etc.) that apply to electronic design and testing.\nProficiency with modern and legacy Operating Systems such as Linux and Windows, DOS and UEFI shell as well as experience with installation, debugging and configuration.\nAbility to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nVery good english language skill (written & spoken)\nAbility to take initiative, to work effectively in both individual and team environments and to manage multiple customer projects
