spoken and written\nMinimum 2 years as a moderator/analyst in a product-development company\nHands-on experience (or strong interest) in building and scaling a Design-FMEA methodology\nConfident use of APIS (ideally certified) and common office applications or comparable knowledge\nExperience in leading interdisciplinary workshops and international teams\nEnjoy working in multicultural teams\nBasic knowledge of project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI)\nBasic knowledge of electrical engineering (schematics, circuits) and mechanics (design principles, materials)\nAbility to break down complex systems structurally and assess risks\nProactive, solution-oriented work style and strong self-organization\nDesirable -
