annual planning process with Sales management, setting key objectives: design win and revenue targets, new customer targets, new opportunity creation goals, etc.\nProvide status reports on territory sales plan (target customers) and key accounts\nEnter and maintain opportunities and forecasts for all customers in the company’s CRM system\nRequirements:\nUniversity degree in engineering or business is highly desirable\nSeveral years relevant sales experience in the OEM electronics market\nDemonstrated record of closing design wins and growing revenue in the relevant region or market\nStrong knowledge of strategic sales methods\nHigh customer focus\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)\nOutstanding interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills\nDemonstrated ability to give powerful and persuasive technical sales presentations\nProficiency in using CRM and basic business programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) \nSalary Range\n$150,000 to $200,000 On Target
