The primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships between ConGlobal and our customers while ensuring the accuracy of all equipment records and activities. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing accurate repair estimates, coordinating equipment surveys, and maintaining consistent communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate and foster strong relationships with ConGlobal's customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.\nMaintain accurate records of customers’ equipment inventory, repair status, and all relevant activities.\nDevelop and maintain professional and effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.\nInput repair estimates for the owners of equipment and obtain necessary approvals from lessors and/or owners.\nSchedule and coordinate equipment surveys and adjust repair estimates based on feedback from surveyors, owners, or lessors.\nUpdate TEC system when equipment is repaired and ensure all relevant data is logged accurately.\nPrepare and manage daily billing paperwork for repaired units.\nResponsible for compiling and submitting monthly storage and handling billing reports.\nCoordinate scheduling of on-hires with the yard supervisor and assist with prioritizing equipment repair with the shop supervisor.\nUpdate TEC system with sales equipment repairs and movements.\nRequirements: \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
