This role works within a team environment to ensure product integrity, safety, and on-time delivery while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssemble medical device components using hand tools, fixtures, equipment, and standardized work instructions.\nPerform repetitive assembly operations requiring dexterity, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards.\nFollow manufacturing procedures, drawings, visual aids, and work instructions to ensure product compliance.\nConduct in-process inspections and verify product quality throughout the assembly process.\nIdentify and segregate nonconforming materials and communicate quality concerns to appropriate personnel.\nMaintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).\nPackage finished products using approved methods and materials.\nPerform label verification and packaging inspections to ensure product accuracy and traceability.\nMeet established productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.\nMaintain an organized and clean work area in support of 5S and visual workplace standards.\nParticipate in line changeovers, setup activities, and material replenishment as required.\nAssist with training and cross-training efforts within the department.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nComply with all company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAbility to perform detailed assembly work with a high degree of accuracy.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies.\nAbility to read and follow written instructions, process specifications, and visual aids.\nBasic mathematical skills and ability to perform simple calculations.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to adapt to changing production priorities and business needs.\nBasic computer skills for production tracking and documentation.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequent use of hands and fingers for fine motor assembly tasks.\nAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periods throughout 8 hour shift.\nFrequent reaching, grasping, and handling of small components.\nVisual acuity sufficient to inspect products and identify defects.\nAbility to lift and carry materials up to established departmental guidelines.\nAbility to perform repetitive motions throughout the work shift.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or medical device production experience.\nExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with quality inspection processes and documentation requirements.
