This role is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and developing expertise in sales recruiting.\nThisisafullyremoteposition.CandidatesmaybelocatedanywherewithintheUnitedStates.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport full-cycle recruiting activities for sales and marketing positions, primarily focused on entry-level through mid-level roles.\n\nPartner with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies.\n\nSource and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct outreach.\n\nConduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.\n\nCoordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.\n\nManage candidate and requisition activity within Workday and other recruiting tools.\n\nProvide a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.\n\nTrack recruiting metrics and pipeline activity to support hiring decisions and process improvements.\n\nRepresent the CONMED employment brand in all interactions with candidates and hiring teams.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree required.\n\n1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, customer-facing, or related professional experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other recruiting platforms.\n\nDemonstrated interest in talent acquisition, sales recruiting, or human resources.\n\nStrong relationship-building and networking skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.\n\nAbility to travel approximately 20% annually.\n\nThe ideal candidate is:\nCurious and eager to learn the recruiting profession.\n\nComfortable reaching out to candidates through phone, email, and social platforms.\n\nHighly organized and detail oriented.\n\nResilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPassionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.\n\nMotivated to build relationships and develop sourcing expertise.\n\nThis position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship.\nDisclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level.
