The Principal Electrical Engineer will shape advanced technologies, influence architecture and design decisions, and provide technical leadership across teams while mentoring engineers and driving disciplined execution throughout the product lifecycle.\nThis position is based in Denver, Colorado area and follows a hybrid work schedule.\nCandidates residing outside of the Denver area are encouraged to apply.Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates who are selected for the role and require relocation to the Denver metro area.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $209,000\nResponsibilities:\nDefine and drive electrical architecture, design standards, and technical direction across multiple product programs\nLead system-level design and integration of complex mixed-signal electrical systems\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineering teams toward strong design and execution practices\nLead cross-functional technical efforts across electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines\nEvaluate and de-risk new technologies through feasibility analysis and experimental validation\nDrive resolution of complex system-level challenges across programs\nDrive engineering processes, development practices, and lifecycle management strategies\nEnsure designs meet relevant safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nB.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field\n12+ years of experience designing and delivering complex electrical systems\nOther Attributes:\nDemonstrated ability to define system architectures and influence design across multiple programs\nStrong technical leadership and mentorship experience\nAbility to solve highly complex, cross-disciplinary engineering challenges\nStrong communication and ability to influence stakeholders across organizations\nDemonstrated ownership of system-level architectures or major subsystems\nExperience leading technical direction across teams or programs\nStrong foundation in analog, digital, and mixed-signal design\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with complex system architectures (mixed-signal, RF, or power systems)\nExperience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices)\nExperience with programmable logic or digital hardware design (FPGA/ASIC/HDL)\nExperience defining technical standards or architecture across teams or programs\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle processes and development tools\nThis position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship.\nDisclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $209,000.
