The position requires strong analytical\ncapability, advanced technical skills, and the ability to independently resolve complex operational problems\nwhile partnering close with Manufacturing, Service, Logistics, and IT teams.\n***This is a hybrid role located in Largo, FL***\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc variance analyses, key performance indicators\n(KPIs), budgets, forecasts, and month end reporting using advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting and data used for journal entries,\nreconciliations, and financial reviews.\nManage quarterly and annual audit controls, including the cycle count program and associated\ninventory management at distribution and manufacturing sites.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying eiciencies, streamlining reporting, and\nimproving data accessibility and reliability.\nSupport cost savings opportunities through partnership with key stakeholders and connecting the\nright data to right decisions.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information\nSystems, or equivalent; certifications preferred.\n2 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, business planning, finance, or related fields.\n2 years in PowerBI and SQL for querying, transforming, and visualizing data.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with operations finance, budget cycles, and performance analytics.\nAdvanced Microsoft Oice skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas,\npivot tables, and data modeling.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage\nmultiple priorities.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly\nexplain the story behind the data and solutions.\nProven team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.\nThis position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship.\nDisclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $66,200 - $84,400. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level.
