The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in RISE with SAP Private Cloud Edition, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP SaaS solutions, along with a proven track record of delivering multiple SAP implementation and transformation projects.\nThe candidate will be responsible for managing SAP landscapes, supporting cloud-based SAP environments, driving technical implementations, ensuring system availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nSAP BASIS Administration\nAdminister and support SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, Solution Manager, and cloud-integrated environments.\nPerform system installations, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, patching, kernel upgrades, and system copies.\nMonitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity planning.\nRISE with SAP Private Cloud Edition\nCoordinate and manage BASIS activities within RISE landscapes.\nWork closely with SAP ECS/SAP Operations teams for infrastructure, maintenance planning, incident resolution, and release management.\nSupport cloud transformation and migration initiatives to SAP S/4HANA under RISE engagements.\nSAP BTP\nConfigure and administer SAP BTP subaccounts and services.\nSupport BTP integrations, connectivity, Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and Cloud Connector.\nWork with development and integration teams to enable extension and integration scenarios.\nSAP Cloud ALM\nImplement and manage SAP Cloud ALM for:\nBusiness Process Monitoring\nIntegration Monitoring\nHealth Monitoring\nJob Monitoring\nProject & Implementation Management\nDefine monitoring strategies and dashboards for SAP landscapes.\nSAP SaaS Products\nSupport integration and connectivity between SAP SaaS applications and core SAP landscapes.\nCoordinate tenant administration, SSO configurations, certificate management, and interface monitoring.\nWork with functional and integration teams during implementation and support engagements.\nImplementation & Transformation Projects\nParticipate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.\nLead BASIS activities during project phases including:\nSystem provisioning\nLandscape design\nMigration planning\nCutover activities\nGo-live support\nHypercare support\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.\nIN ADDITION TO THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES LISTED ABOVE THE MANAGER IS ALLOWED TO USE DISCRETION TO ADD FURTHER DUTIES AND TASKS BASED ON THE BUSINESS NEEDS WHICH ARE NOT EXPLICITLY LISTED HERE.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperience\n\n 8-10 years of SAP BASIS administration experience.\nMinimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.\nHands-on experience with at least one RISE with SAP Private Cloud Edition implementation or migration project.\nStrong experience in S/4HANA system administration.\nOther Attributes\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n· Ability to work in global delivery models.\n· Customer-focused and proactive approach.\n· Strong project execution and coordination capabilities.\nPhysical Requirements\nRemote\nOccasionally travel as required.\nADA Disclosure:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
